01
Current service status
FANINTO is currently a design preview. It does not take payments, create real subscriptions or transfer money to creators. Prices, receipts, refunds and balances shown inside the interfaces are examples. There is consequently no real FANINTO purchase to refund through these demonstration controls. If you see a charge you do not recognize, do not assume that a sample transaction displayed here is its source; check your payment statement and contact your payment provider where appropriate.
02
How to cancel a sample membership
In the Fan interface, open Subscriptions, locate the creator and choose Turn off renewal. Confirm the sample action and check that auto-renewal is Off and that an access-until date is shown. The preview keeps the membership active through its displayed sample period. This changes browser demonstration data only. Removing a saved post, closing a tab or deleting a bookmark is not the cancellation control.
03
Cancellation and a refund are different
Turning off renewal prevents the next renewal in the illustrated model; it does not itself reverse a payment or cancel another creator’s separate membership. A refund returns money for a transaction that has already happened. For a future paid service, the final checkout and operative refund terms must explain eligibility, any partial-period treatment and the consequences for access. No additional voluntary refund window or blanket “all sales final” rule is being announced through this preview.
04
Problems a future refund process must address
A paid service needs a route for reviewing duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, charges after effective cancellation, paid content that was not delivered and material differences between an offer and what was supplied. A creator’s preference cannot override a consumer’s mandatory rights. Transaction records, the advertised offer, delivery evidence and the nature of the problem will matter. The current Admin Console can simulate a refund record, but it cannot investigate a bank charge or return funds.
05
Consumer withdrawal and digital content
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, a distance purchase can generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the type of contract and statutory exceptions. Immediate access to digital content does not automatically remove that right. Where a digital-content exception is applicable, the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained; a generic acceptance of terms is not a substitute. Digital services can follow different rules. Nothing on this page removes rights relating to non-conforming or undelivered content. See the EU explanation of withdrawal rights.
06
What to provide when asking for help
For a genuine purchase issue, the useful starting information is the account email, creator or content URL, transaction reference, date, amount and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, card security code, bank password or identity document in an ordinary support request. The Contact page identifies the currently available route. A sample support ticket in the interface is not a submitted refund request.
07
Before paid access becomes available
The operator must publish the final refund process, request channel, applicable timelines and any commercial refund commitments before accepting payments. Where a refund is legally due, mandatory requirements take precedence over a discretionary policy. Any production payment status and access adjustment must be confirmed against real transaction records; the demonstration receipts are neither tax invoices nor proof of payment.
