Support availability

Email FANINTO support.

[email protected] — for site questions, creator disclosures, billing enquiries and privacy requests. The link opens your email application. It does not submit a form or send a message automatically.

Do not use a sample ticket as a way to send a real billing, privacy or safety request. The ticket interface stores demonstration data locally and does not notify staff. No guaranteed response time is currently published. Keep a copy of your email and any relevant reference numbers.

03

What a useful request contains

When emailing [email protected], provide the page or creator URL, the topic and a short explanation of what happened. For a genuine transaction issue, include the transaction reference, date and amount rather than your full payment details. For a disclosure concern, explain which label or statement appears inaccurate. For a privacy request, state the right you wish to exercise and enough context to identify the relevant processing without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

04

Protect your information

Never send a card security code, password, one-time login code or full bank credentials in an initial contact request. Do not upload identity documents to a sample form. If a bank statement shows a charge you do not recognize, contact your bank or payment provider using its established channel; the sample billing table here cannot authenticate that charge.

05

Find the relevant explanation

Read Refunds & cancellation for the difference between ending renewal and reversing a charge, Subscription terms for recurring and one-time models, Privacy for data handling, or Creator disclosure for the three creator types. These pages provide context, but they do not replace a working contact route or statutory rights.
