FANINTO / TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

What the current preview handles, what stays in your browser and what is not connected.

AMG Tech Ltd · Cyprus · 13 October 2026 · Current preview

01

Who is responsible

The operator identified for FANINTO is AMG Tech Ltd, Cyprus. This notice concerns faninto.com as it currently operates, rather than assuming that planned account, payment or AI features already exist. The Contact page provides the current availability of an operator contact route. Privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected]. The registered business address has not yet been supplied for publication.

02

Technical data when you visit

Loading the website necessarily sends a request to hosting and network providers. Technical records can include IP address, requested path, date and time, browser information, response status and referring page. The site uses Apache hosting and Cloudflare delivery and security services. Such records help deliver pages, detect failures and protect the website. Browser-local demonstration data is separate from these request records: saying that a sample message stays locally does not mean that a web visit produces no technical data.

03

Demo forms and browser storage

The current login and signup forms process sample inputs in the page and discard them; they do not submit credentials to an account service. A role-specific session marker is stored in sessionStorage. Demo profiles, likes, saved posts, memberships, messages and settings can be stored in localStorage so that the preview continues between visits. They are not synchronized to a production account. Use sample information only, especially on shared devices where browser data can remain available to another person using the same browser.

04

Payment data and identity documents

No active payment processor is connected and the current preview does not request or transmit card details. Card labels, payment history, balances and identity-review screens are sample data. Do not place real card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, passports or biometric information in a text field. Before introducing actual payment or identity verification, the operator must disclose the providers, information they receive, purposes, retention and relevant rights. This notice does not claim that an unnamed provider currently protects payment information.

05

Purpose and legal basis

Website delivery and proportionate security logging are intended to support the operator’s legitimate interests in providing and protecting this preview, subject to the rights of visitors. Local demo storage supports the functionality you choose to explore. Any processing introduced for a live contract, legal obligation or optional consent-based feature must have a documented lawful basis appropriate to that activity. No operational advertising, identity verification or paid subscription is being inferred simply from the existence of a sample screen.

06

Storage, providers and retention

Demo localStorage persists until you reset the relevant demonstration or clear this site’s browser data. Session storage lasts according to the browser session; signing out clears the relevant preview marker. The configured Apache log rotation retains 14 daily rotated log files, in addition to the active log; rotation is not a guarantee about separate provider logs or backups. Cloudflare and hosting retention, processing locations and any transfer safeguards must be confirmed by the operator for the production privacy record. No fixed provider retention period is asserted here without that confirmation.

07

AI, profiling and external links

The images and personas are synthetic demonstration content. The preview does not provide a live AI assistant, train an AI model on submitted messages or make automated decisions about a real user’s eligibility, finances or identity. Social profile buttons currently explain that destinations are not connected. If external links are added, visiting them will involve the destination’s own privacy practices; a FANINTO link does not make that destination part of this local preview.

08

Your choices and rights

You can stop exploring at any time, sign out of the relevant preview, reset demo data from settings or clear faninto.com site data in your browser. These actions do not erase independently retained technical server records. Where GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, subject to the relevant conditions; consent can be withdrawn where consent is the basis. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Cyprus data-protection authority. The European Commission explains these rights.

09

Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS, but no website can promise absolute security. Avoid submitting sensitive information to a demonstration and protect access to your own browser. A future account service will require its own access controls and operational safeguards. New data collection, vendors, retention rules and contact details must be reflected in an updated notice before they are relied on. This notice was published on 13 October 2026 and deliberately distinguishes verified preview behavior from unfinished production arrangements.
